Grace4care acknowledges the Larrakia people as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land on
which we operate in Darwin and surrounding areas. We pay our respects to Larrakia Elders past, present,
and emerging, and recognize their continuing connection to country, culture, and community.
We extend our respect to all First Nations peoples across the Northern Territory and acknowledge the rich
cultural heritage, wisdom, and resilience of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. We are

Grace4care was born from a simple yet powerful belief: everyone deserves to live their life with dignity, choice, and independence. Established in August 2025, we emerged in direct response to a critical gap in disability care services across the Northern Territory, with a mission to transform how support is delivered to people with disabilities.

Our personalized approach means we take time to truly understand you, your aspirations, and your unique circumstances. We help people with significant and permanent disabilities begin a new chapter in their lives, turning dreams that once seemed impossible into achievable goals.
We foster independence by working alongside our participants to shape their own goals and create pathways to the life they envision. Every person we support is unique, and our services reflect that individuality. Whether it's taking that first step toward independent living, building meaningful community connections, or simply maintaining dignity in daily activities, we're here to support your journey every step of the way.
Our aim is to provide the highest quality of care and assistance both in the home and throughout the
community. From fully supported independent living and flexible accommodation options to vibrant
community access programs and comprehensive day services, we create opportunities for growth,
connection, and fulfillment.
