Grace4care acknowledges the Larrakia people as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land on which we operate in Darwin and surrounding areas. We pay our respects to Larrakia Elders past, present, and emerging, and recognize their continuing connection to country, culture, and community.

We extend our respect to all First Nations peoples across the Northern Territory and acknowledge the rich cultural heritage, wisdom, and resilience of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. We are committed to working inclusively with Indigenous Australians and ensuring our services are culturally appropriate and accessible to all members of our community.

We recognize that this land has been home to Aboriginal people for over 65,000 years and acknowledge the ongoing impact of colonization. As we provide care and support services, we do so with respect for the Traditional Owners and their enduring relationship with this country.

Our Story

Grace4care was born from a simple yet powerful belief: everyone deserves to live their life with dignity, choice, and independence. Established in August 2025, we emerged in direct response to a critical gap in disability care services across the Northern Territory, with a mission to transform how support is delivered to people with disabilities.
